How do you build a content calendar for marketing your Saas?
Hey,
I'm wondering how you guys are building/making content calendars for your Saas?
What tools do you use?
Spreadsheets?
What are all the things you have to take into account?
Thanks for the answers!
Cheers, Luka

"Streamline" is a word used most commonly by AI. If you use AI to write your post/questions please stop.
But when it comes to the actual answer, the most underrated platform is Reddit.

It really depends on the business. But if you mean Saas I would say talk to people and see if there is actual demand (if you are solving a problem).
What advice would you give someone starting a business for the first time?

Depends on what kind of product you are making and how fast you can make it go live/build an MVP, you have to create a simple landing page design where people can sign-up when you launch. If that page has a video demo even better.
What’s one mistake you made early in your startup journey that others can learn from?

The only thing Product Hunt is good for is backlinks (and maybe networking). But that's it.
You won't get any actual users because everyone here is just promoting THEIR own product.
That's the sad reality.
How was your first PH launch? What did you learn?

What is the longest you've gone without seeing any results?
When it comes to SaaS what really matters is the amount of users you have and your revenue/profit.
Only with those two things can you make a sustainable business model and actually create a company with actual employees.
Without those, you have nothing more than air.
Of course I don't mean to discourage you because building a software company is incredibly hard, but I am wondering what is...

Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the number of tasks you have to manage alone? How do you prioritize?
Being in a position right now where I started multiple things and all of them kind of took off I find myself being extremly overwhelmed by the amount of tasks I have to complete every day. Even more that that I find it especially hard to juggle between them and my projects.
I don’t have money to hire anyone right now, I’m using Todoist, Notion and a piece of white paper and a pen to make sure...

Do you have supportive friends?
We all know the start-up/entreprenurial journey can get very lonely. Especially if your friends don't have the same mindset or share your vision.
Sooner or later they are going to stop hanging out with you because you are always busy. They will stop inviting you to things becasue you are the boring friend.
But that is okey.
I have amazing friends and we do business together (I know some...

Depends of what kind of books you like.
My personal favorites are:
The Almanack of Naval Ravikant by Eric Jorgenson
The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera
Crime and Punishment by Fjodor M. Dostojevski
On top of that I really enjoyed reading The Hard Thing About Hard Things by Ben Horowitz. This is a must read for anyone interested in starting their own business.

They can use it primarly for one thing: a backlink to their landing page.

Stop feeling overwhelmed by UI test coverage
Feeling stressed and overwhelmed about the impact undetected UI issues have on user expirience and branding? The existing solutions are either to complicated to use or don't provide enough insights to catch usability issues before they reach the final product, which often leads to a lot of wasted time and resources.
With our product we aim to detect gaps in UI test coverage instantly and know...

I think it can help them become more efficient by removing really repetative tasks from their development phase.
Things I really don't like doing is writing PRDs and documentation and AI helps me a lot with that. It also helps developers if they have some problems with code (of course they should not just copy/paste it) but it can actually give good advice.
Those are the two scenarios I...

I made it together with a team of 2 developers.
It's an AI-powered virtual boss that tracks your tasks from Todoist and sends you messages through Whatsapp ensuring you stay on top of everything and don't miss a thing.
It definitely scratches my own itch, because I tend to procrastinate a lot in my day to day life.

It's weird because for me success is in such a fluid state for me. Just like happiness.
Almost everyday I have a different definition of what success means to me.
But long-term I'd definitely say being able to take care of my family financially.
What does success mean to you, and how do you define it? 🤔
