Awesome! In my small business we have a few team members who join us for specific projects and we always hire new ones; my question would be, is the shared inbox a static thing or can I add new people and remove them when we need it, does this cost additional money?

Love the integration in gmail and layering the functionalities upon it. Switching between email and direct messaging apps was never a fun thing. Love it and awaiting the Mac OS integration.
