One of the quintessential works on user experience - although its a bit web-focused from today's perspective. Many of the core concepts in the book are also basic 101 for any web developer/designer, so it might not be as insightful as it once was. But I still enjoy reading it every now and then.

I'm currently researching interesting marketing automation products - this has been one of the many recommended ones. If someone has experiences to share, let me know :-)
