After the wild success of The Most Dangerous Writing App (called "sadistic" and "brutal" by WIRED and acquired by Squibler last year), I decided to make another preposterously antithetical productivity app. Funny enough, I've been using it myself for several months now and it still adds a moment of delight to my every day. Here is to making the world a slightly weirder place.

Tonies are made by a small company in Germany and are all the hype there, but expanding quickly across the world. I got one for our kiddo and he loves it. From a UX perspective, this is one of the most elegant, simple, evocative interfaces I've seen.

Almost good. Almost. Pros: Who didn't love text adventures in the 80s? They're coming back! Cons: Compared to the Lifeline series, this feels unpolished, with too much exposition, a weaker story, too many little annoyances.
