The first app of this kind I saw was https://timingapp.com a few years ago -- it's nice to see some competition in this space. Your UI looks pretty cool. I'm a big fan of TimingApp, but one thing I wished for is if it was easier to parse the data for the lazy and gain insights. It gives a good export of the data, but trying to make meaning out of it can be difficult.
It's unclear whether data...

Used to make minigames and mods for games.
Best advice is just to go out there and start trying to build it. I think trying to get programming books and learn things "the right way" is walking into a dead end. I personally wouldn't have had the motivation to get through those. Just follow lots of broken tutorials, StackOverflows, guides, etc., to build the product you want (provided you're...

@feross slightly confused here (reading https://wormhole.app/security). If the point of this is meant to be trustless (in the sense that you don't have to trust the server), then surely you can just get the secret key using window.location.hash and then decode the contents of the files?

There seems to be a lot of these. I've seen two featured on Twitter, and there's the one by King's College London as well (https://www.kcl.ac.uk/news/new-symptom-tracking-app-aims-to-slow-spread-of-coronavirus), and now the NHS is considering making one.
How is this one different? I get that the data goes to different people, but wouldn't the real solution be to collude together on one app and...

Sleep is clearly a problem, hence sleep products seem to be relatively common with many claiming to be backed by 'science', but few actually are and they end up either as dead products within a month, or milking customers' money with pseudoscience.
But this could be different. Your FAQ says:
> In fact, Rise's two co-founders were the first to publish a paper that showed sleep apps can help...

So, to start off with the pros, it's a nice UI and a nice concept.
The negatives: Way too much is hidden behind a paywall which requires "Pro" though. Actually, practically the entire app is hidden behind that paywall. From what I could see on the free mode, it practically offers nothing useful. I can find much more from nomadslist.com and/or visalist.io for free.

Time and time again projects and small companies prove this statement to not be accurate.
I'm not exactly sure why this is the case. I suspect it's that larger companies have more diluted culture, less motivation and less ability to do dramatic change, or perhaps they're just out of touch. But by the time they want to copy you, you've probably already got traction.

Few critical problems with this card.
1) The payment fees.
Domestic transactions are free, but to send transactions within the EU, the fee is 0.2%. Outside of EU, the fee is 3%. If the UK leaves the EU, I suspect fees within EU will also be 3%. 3% is quite the fee to make card payments online. Every other card issuer is 0%, 0% is kinda the standard.
2) The chargeback fee.
