I'd say data is your best friend when it comes to answering this question. Addressing and pinpointing trends in churn accounts and creating strategies to fight them is what we do. (this could include actual usage data as well as interaction data) I'd also say, be prepared to be wrong - not all of your theories may be right and the only way to figure it out is to test them.

Honestly, mine is to make a coffee - check Slack, re-prioritize the list I made on Friday, and then check in with the team.

Apart from our ProdPad Chrome extensions for ideas and feedback on the go (It really is easy as pie) - I'd say the one connected to my password vault (for apps like Dashlane etc) I have the absolute worst memory, so anything that helps my memory with a splash of convenience has my vote.

Hmm, right now I'd say trial conversion is the one to keep an eye on the most. I suppose though, it's product/organisation specific. What about you?

This is such a great question and I don't even know if there's an exact answer. Personally, I'd say just try to do as much prep work as possible, keep a tight ship and close eye on your metrics, and iterate when needed. Nothing is perfect and you'll always come away learning something for next time - and that's never a bad thing.

It's definitely a regular occurrence, but more so when a launch is coming. We've got on next week and it's all hands on deck. Saying that, as long your team/management are aware of the work you put in and appreciate and value it - then it's worth it. I do think it's a balance and you do need to protect your mental health too and notice if it's being affected by working over weekends.
