I just gave it a go, and it's impressive overall. I do a lot of data analytics work and so often I have to have a call to take the customer through the analysis I've produced, whereas I could use draftsend. In addition, I give a lot of talks where people ask for the slides afterwards, and so I would plan to use draftsend to allow me to add a commentary to the slides which could be very valuable...
