Corporate work side as usual, personal projects side I am very motivated, this year I promised myself to create some new projects like SaaS or things like that.
At the moment I'm currently working on a AI-based crypto newsletter that summarizes videos from top creators on YouTube, it answers the pain of staying up to date with the new stuff coming out every day, I'd love if you'd like to try...

In generates I do everything in case but because I take it as an exercise cue, it depends on the complexity, if too big you probably better use tools that make it easier otherwise you don't get out alive :)
For my AI-based crypto newsletter https://quickviewai.substack.com I made a backend that automates the management of summaries but then I didn't have to make any frontend as I relied on the...

- Development: I use it as an assistant for small tasks, in database design to get the structure reviewed, but also to use new technologies, recently I integrated Elasticsearch into a system from scratch.
- Improving sentence form, in writing e-mails or texts that require a particular form.
- To generate emoji from small texts for Linkedin.
I'm interested in how you say for scraping, do you...

in separating the work of the office I succeeded great, but as for my personal projects not so much :)
I don't think there's a real solution, what I'd like to do is to push to get the tools in place and then lower the pace or delegate the tasks once they allow for a financial return, and anyway watching Netflix I don't see it as something that makes you disconnect ;)

I am not an independent producer, what drives me to work on my own projects is the possible freedom they can offer you if they are successful, with independent work you will never get rich, or not enough ;)

Direct feedback I haven't received any yet, I received one indirect feedback from a user who switched to the paid plan and it gave me an incredible boost in continuing to do better for my AI-based crypto newsletter :) quickviewai.substack.com
What's the most surprising user feedback you've received, and how did it influence your product ?

this part of OpenAI I haven't taken advantage of at all, in general I don't feel a need, in the end that's how you discover things or move towards some tool. Currently I use the completions api a lot for my AI-based crypto newsletter and not much else :) https://quickviewai.substack.com/

in general any opportunity to have people try the product is great, see it as further feedbacks and further testing of the developed features :)

Same thing for me, especially when they are big jobs where most of the l l effort is mine I tend to think about it even in the evening and sometimes even keep working on it.
I must say that in the last period the situation has improved since I started working on my personal projects :)

I proceed in a much more practical way, based on the costs I incur I make an initial price that based on a reasonable number of users covers them, then I look around if there are similar tools and what prices they have and do fine tuning on them. That way in the initial moment I do some various tests and adjust it based on how customers respond :)

I try to break the work into simpler tasks so that I am concise, shorter, and get an idea of how long it will take me. Despite this I am still at the mercy of Parkinson's law where the more time you have, the more you waste reducing you to the last 😁
