After sending product samples to influencers, collecting them back can be a difficult task. It is equally challenging to have partners and employees return goods and documents. To better understand this issue, we surveyed over 300 individuals to determine why they were reluctant to cooperate with these returns. Their feedback was the main driving force behind the creation of Flowix.
