A mental health journaling tool that helps people overcome anxiety and depression using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Focusing on designing a process that is accessible, friction-free, and calming.

Me and my partner founded Unstuck together and are both full-time on it now. He's an engineer, and I'm a designer, so we got the product-building side well covered. We have a clinical scientist who helps out as much as she has time to with her psychological expertise. And then we're scrambling in a learning-by-doing style to figure out all the other business needs, like marketing, pricing, etc. 😅

I learned about CBT journaling in therapy and found it to be one of the most powerful tools for combatting anxiety and depression. I was inspired to build a tool for it when I realized that 1) this amazing technique wasn't more well-known and 2) there weren't any good tools on the market.

What makes them excited and how well does a quote post align with that? If in doubt, find people on IG that fit your target audience and look at what they share. Explore a ton and try to keep things fresh.
