Congratulations on the launch! I love the feature of being able to gently nudge those who are occupying a lot of the time. Can be difficult to balance wanting to give others space to have their voice heard, without having to tread on toes or seem rude to others.

Stop making it about you. If it's a business account, post as much as possible about your customers. Their experience, or simply about them in a way that benefits them. Aside from removing the headache for individuals, I really appreciate the potential impact this product can have on levelling out the inequality between immigrants with differing wealth. It's been frustrating to see easy immigration accessible only to those who can afford immigration services or even investment visas. Thank you

I find doing some stretches at home does wonders. Personal recommendation is Shona Vertue. Likewise I have a smart watch which tells me when my stress is a little too high and to take a breather...at which point I'll go for a walk!
