I'm currently a full-time dad - self-employed as CRO at Ora.pm - pushing all things related to demand, revenue and customer satisfaction. On leave from SoftServe where I'm Sr. Manager of the Market Development across EMEA & APAC. As one of the first hires in Market Development, basically, I had a hand in growing a small team of five based in Bulgaria to a global team of 30 with MDRs across three different continents. When I joined SoftServe's Marketing it felt closer to a startup as most businesses came via referrals - now it's an integral part of the business that has helped its growth from 4,000 to 11,000 employees over six years during which time we had COVID & the War. Before that, I was in Sales with a Hosting / Email Service provider for over 7 years.
