I find it hard to discover Messenger bots based on popularity or rating. Doesn't seem to be a good place for this. I like this initiative from ChatBottle to rank bots based on external parameters like Product Hunt votes and usage statistics.

In Oslo I use Foodora regularly. Normally I get my food within 40 minutes. It's going to be interesting to see how they would compete. I guess they'll get access to the same restaurants, delivery the same way (bicycle) and have similar user-friendly apps. Emails in general are a pain, normally we make a responsive design and then we send it to psd2html or similar services to get it coded at a fairly low price.
