Maybe a bit weird but I either remind myself that I want to be able to spoil my mom in the future, or watch vids of people telling me to get off my ass.
Short walk always helps too.

yess omg it is, I usually try to bounce out of gatherings and meetups after a short while because I want to get back to work , thankfully they are understanding though and as long as I allocate some time for them they won't complain

Definitely Marketing and writing, I am a more technical person so I'm better at coding and building things but I think I'm still pretty bad at marketing, it's definitely a skill everyone needs and I am still working on it!
