I tend to just use the basic notes app with the built in checklist feature

I do a few things: - I pick a small task, getting started is often the hardest part. - If I don’t have any small tasks, I take a big task and break it down into small incremental steps as my getting started phase. - I put on music that’s not distracting. - My phone always has all but only the most important alerts turned off. - A really effective tactic I use sometimes is a pomodoro timer....

Can you provide more details on the survey? Is this like a 1 hour long sit down discussion or is this more like a actual survey you fill out online? To get people to take my survey I would just reach out talk with them about their industry.
