If you are the leader then you definitely must work harder than any of your employees (visibly too). This small thing usually motivates the team a lot to work harder.
A concept used by great leaders as well such as Napoleon and Caesar.

Minimalism most likely even longer. People are drawn to simplier things naturally, so minimalism is becoming more like a must-have than a trend.

Walking, showering longer, slow breathing, etc. all help me a lot. However what also helps is to not allow yourself to react too much to the pressure. So your mind stays clear no matter whats going on outside.

Try to focus in solving the problem that they are mentioning. If they are not being specific about it then just ignore coz people very often are angry with their lives and put that anger in other people, so it's not worth your energy.

Hey everyone!
I built UserSurvey.ai because I wanted a super simple way to gather user feedback. You just add one script to your site, then build your emoji rating popups from our dashboard. No messy code or separate tools needed. Let me know what you think, and I’d love to see how you use it!
