Easy to use API, reliable, useful dashboard, easy to get clients to say yes to the cost.

Overall a really good product. Get the most out of it by enabling screen recording. Watch at high speed :) Pros: I love the recordings. They give a better sense of usability and user intent than any analytics or usability studies I have encountered. Cons: The heatmaps and other basic features don't tell you much.

I had the opportunity to read a preview awhile back and it was great. I am excited the book is now officially out so I can read the rest of it!

Straight forward mail merge with google sheets and gmail. Pros: Super easy and works with GMAIL Cons: It doesn't work with email tracking plugins I am using and I think I have started hitting spam folders.

Are there any tools out there people have seen whose aim is optimizing the insurance you already have?

I have used uberpool several times to get things delivered to me. Worked seamlessly. Should be cool to see it in action with formality.
