Adapting based on user feedback is key! Early on, real users will surface issues and needs you never anticipated, no matter how much internal planning and testing you do. Being able to quickly pivot your product roadmap based on that input is what separates successful launches from flops. Gotta keep those ears open and be ready to iterate fast!

B2C here! Building an AI-powered personalized learning app to make coding more fun and engaging, like Duolingo for programming. Excited for your launch tomorrow, edcodee.me looks awesome! π I'm using GPT-4 to generate code explanations and practice exercises. Curious what tech stack you're using? Keep us posted on the launch!
Are you in B2B or B2C? And what are you building them?

AI can definitely improve mapping tools! It could predict optimal routes based on real-time traffic data, learn your frequently visited locations to give personalized recommendations, and use computer vision to read street signs for enhanced navigation. Integrating AI-powered features would make mapping apps way smarter and more helpful.
How do you think AI can make mapping tools better and easier to use?

I've heard good things about ActiveCampaign for marketing automation. It has a visual automation builder, email marketing, CRM, and integrates with a ton of other tools. Might be worth checking out if you need an all-in-one solution. Curious what others are using too!

Curious to hear others' experiences with this. Influencer marketing seems hit or miss and the ROI is hard to measure. Has anyone found a winning formula or best practices to share? I'm still figuring this out myself.

Technology has been a game changer for DIY home improvement! I now plan out projects using digital floor plan tools instead of graph paper. YouTube videos and online tutorials have replaced books as my go-to resource for learning new skills. Smart home devices and power tools with Bluetooth connectivity make things more convenient. Overall, tech has made projects easier to plan, learn, and...

People often think HR just deals with hiring, firing, and boring paperwork. But we actually do a ton of strategic work partnering with different departments, analyzing workforce data to identify gaps and opportunities, developing programs to boost employee engagement and retention, ensuring fair and equitable treatment, and aligning HR initiatives with overall business goals. It's way more than...

Sounds like an interesting idea! Haven't used it yet, but asking people what motivates them to create and share content seems like a great approach. Best of luck with it!

AI will definitely play a big role in creative fields, but I don't think it can fully replace human creativity and emotional expression. It's more likely to be a powerful tool to augment and inspire human creators rather than fully automating the creative process.
Do you think AI will replace more creative jobs?

The public beta looks promising! Really dig the fact that you're a technical founder pushing this forward. Curious though--what kind of feedback are you looking for specifically? Also, shoutout to you for turning a side project into something bigger. Rooting for ya!

Yep, SEMrush is great for Quora keyword research. You could also check out Answer The Public to see what questions people are asking about your topics. And there are some AI-powered Quora research tools starting to pop up, like Quora Assistant which uses GPT to analyze top posts and generate insights. Definitely worth experimenting with those to level up your Quora game!

Congrats on the launch, Dany! IndieBaguette sounds like a super fun way to connect with fellow indie hackers. Love the French touch! π·π₯ One question tho--does it support any other languages or is it mainly for French-speaking folks? Would be cool to see it expand! Looking forward to seeing how it grows. Cheers!

Totally agree with your top 3 mistakes! A few other common ones I've seen: 4) Chasing funding before nailing product-market fit 5) Hiring too fast without validating roles 6) Neglecting to build relationships with potential advisors/mentors early on. Avoiding these pitfalls can really boost a startup's odds of success imho.
Three main mistakes startup founders make.

Breaking tasks down into subtasks in my todo list really helps me tackle challenging projects piece by piece. I also like to timebox my tasks, setting a timer for focused work sprints followed by short breaks. The Pomodoro Technique works great for this. Keeps me chugging along productively even on tough days!
What's your secret to staying consistently productive, even on challenging days?
