Krsftful is becoming more and more of a product ops & intel buddy. I like the new survey tool I just created one in < 3 mins. I would love have more ways of deploying the survey perhaps integrating via segment or GTM.

This makes A/B testing easier. I created the A/B test with UP, then alter the copy by improving my writing. This seems to work well, except the text is a little verbose. I am updating a couple of flows today with copy variants. Highly recommend UP and the creator's newsletter on onboarding!

I'm kind of disheartened with Key finding #6 but it's true. Wish reports like this have their data published allowing folks to manipulate in Tableau of some sort.

I'm not familiar with Lattice but this looks promising. I have been relying on google docs/spreadsheets and other hacks over the years for this. Would recommend for you to create some case studies/best practices on this.
