In addition to already mentioned sources like Pinterest, Dribbble, and Behance, I find inspiration in projects that have already been executed😉
Great repositories of such work can be found in curated catalogs like https://www.awwwards.com/websites/ and https://www.curated.design/

I start with a mix of intuition and understanding of my target audience's key problem for my MVP.
As it's released and starts getting used, the approach shifts towards being more data-driven. In my opinion, each iteration should heavily rely on user feedback and usage data, refining the scope of MVP over time😉
How do you choose MVP scope?

Red Flags in teams and companies - what are yours?🚩🚩
Ever been part of a team or company where something didn't feel right? Those little signs make you think, "Something's off here!"
I'm curious to know what makes other people feel that way😉
For me things that I would notice pretty quickly are when a team's objectives aren't communicated effectively by management, or when projects seem to stagnate without any significant progress for a long...

What are your high-impact, low-effort tools?
Hey, PH community!
Recently, I've been diving into high-impact, low-effort tools that can quickly elevate a website or product without the need for complex setups.
Here are a few that I think hit the mark. I'd love to hear your thoughts, and see what you can add to the list 😉
1. Interactive Demos: A dynamic, interactive demo can provide an immediate 'wow' factor, and with tools like...

Do you use spreadsheets or dedicated tools? Or maybe you do not track it at all😉

If you don't want to pay for Premium, you can also try Grammarly's latest competition - DeepL Write. This is a new service that is currently free of charge💸 https://www.deepl.com/write
Is it worth paying for the premium version of Grammarly?

Talk a lot with clients/users listen to them, but learn to say no.
At the beginning of the entrepreneurial journey when people are excited about just the fact of building a product or having their first clients you can tend to say yes too much. At least that is what I did😉
It's bad on many levels but in general, this can result in wasting time on unnecessary features or even bad deals from a...

I strongly agree with the part about using existing solutions. In most cases, you cannot build a competitive advantage if you just add an interface to the ChatGPT. You need to develop your models if you want to build a serious company that will last long.
However, I think you can still build small yet profitable projects with only a good interface to GPT3. Imo the clue is to be creative with...

Really cool project, congrats!😉 Is there a possibility to define a few standard answers by myself?
I have a separate doc in the Notion wiki with Slack communication rules so your tool won't find an answer for that in my workspace channels.

Great project Daniel😉 I think that adding simple voting/likes to every report will be super useful. Since there are so many reports and usually you can only read a few, giving a chance to show others what is worth reading would be a great feature. What do you think about it?
I was even trying to do it by myself in my Aritable database and post it here on PH. However, that was just a project...

I was struggling with it too. In my case, a simple exercise worked pretty well. I told myself that my default first answer will be no to all for some time😉
The person who asked me to do something could always convince me to change my mind, and very often my final answer was "yes." However, it was always followed by reasonable discussion and solid arguments from the requester.
Most importantly,...
