I'm Mo, living in Berlin, Germany. I'm a Software Engineer by trade. My journey started 14 years ago. Along with my development career, I have been on another journey, a health and fitness journey, it took a small detour when I decided to do Bodybuilding 2 years ago. This fitness journey taught me a lot about our bad habits as engineers, also seeing my fellow engineers in all the companies I worked at , made me realize I want to help my community. That's why I also started a science based fitness YouTube channel where I share how to take care of your health in an optimal way while still performing in our demanding jobs.
