Back-to-back with Ben and Tom: Ben Bowler from Chew.tv popped in to chat DJing, grime, startups and building a community with us. Along the way we discuss
- How a startup accelerator helped shape the business
- How the team manage development and feature requests
- Why loud grime music is more important than pleasing the neighbours

The founder of Pixar's recent book discusses his journey from setting up the company to becoming one of the most successful movie studios in the world. Along the way there are lots of insights into how he tried to encourage creativity in every aspect of Pixar's company culture. We read the book and loved it so decided to have a chat about what we both learned.

Don't overdo it! How you should be focusing on a design maximised for customer learning and not trying to make the most beautiful product ever when creating your prototypes. We also cover a few of the little tricks we use to save time but generate great feedback. Also there's some talk about Beyoncé.
