Indeed. You need someone to talk to, share some ideas. I don't think it is possible for anyone to stare at your system or laptop for 9 hours without talking to anybody. you need some trustworthy friends with whom you can share all the things you want without worrying.

Digital Detox. Take a day or some hours in a particular day off and focus on your self. Read or go for a walk, talk to family and friends. Whatever makes you happy.
