Hello PH community! Came across this interesting term "Toggle Tax". Any of you familiar with it?
So I came across this term toggle tax. It refers to the time and cognitive effort required when constantly switching between different apps or software tools. What steps do you take to reduce toggle tax in your company?

What is your go-to content strategy in B2B SaaS industry?
Content. Content. Content. That's all we hear today. Content is king, isn't it? It's the new way of growing your product and building a community around it. But it isn't as easy as it sounds...at least from my experience.
So I would love to hear what kind of content strategies worked for you. Any risk you took that paid off? Would love some insights!

How do you tackle the problem of using multiple tools in your workplace?
So the development team wants to use Jira, Marketing and sales team want a proper project management tool, while for communications teams are using slack. How do you all tackle this problem? It's not only costly but also feel inefficient switching between multiple apps 🤔

I feel the next wave is hovering around the idea of Personal AI assistants. AI assists each individual with their own personal needs in the collaboration tools. For example, keeping your calendar updated fo meetings, sending reminders, prepare notes for meetings. Quick Summaries of talking points.
The list goes on and on. Especially with the GPT4, maybe the future even looks at creating proper...
