Amazing book. It inspired me to start thinking about how to apply these principles in healthcare. Can we create a hook cycle to get people to do things for better health? Can we use the IOT as a means to provide external triggers to get users to draw users into the cycle - repeatedly, until we can push these triggers to be internal?

I'm the creator of the product and I built it to help me remember to stay healthy through a busy day at work. I've tried all sorts of mHealth apps in the past, including setting alarms and reminders. But Ive found that the best way to kickstart healthy habits is to attach them to something that's part of your everyday routine - like drinking water.
