Hi Helen! I read an article about it this winter, https://www.gala-global.org/know... With this info in mind, I think localization is a no-brainer for any product, including SaaS.

I’ve been using Nitro for years, it gives me a helping hand not only with translation but also with proofreading. I was quite happy with Nitro 1.0 and Nitro 2.0, but as they release new and new features, the service’s value increases for me every time. I think it has great potential. Keep it on, guys, and thank you for simplifying my routine!

What helps me is planning my routine in a paper notebook with a blue pen, specifying how many minutes I think I will spend for a specific thing. And then track actual time spent, and compare it to what I planned initially. It feels that it helps me improve my time estimation skill :-)

The idea made me say 'wow!' Although I thought that before leaving my email (it seems to be the only option availabe for this moment), I would love to see a kind of a sample conversation, or any other demo of what my chat could be like.

I'm just wondering why this product is named like this... Do you have any story attached to the product name?

Maybe you could ask AI act as if it's a buyer persona of yours (or a user with a specific needs and background), and use the answers as an inspiration for a future features design?

Congrats on the launch! It's curious to observe how the AI-generation trend has been transforming, and I'm wondering how the AI detection technology will be developing by, let's say, 2030. Will we actually need the detection, and if so, what will we be doing with the results? I do like the angle you look at the issue! However, it's not so easy to come up with a movie that would perfectly suit the subject... The only movie came to my head was You've Got Mail (1998); the main characters run their own bookstores of different scale, and their approaches differ drastically.

I like the way UI looks, and the color palette seems very appealing to me. However, "Stay unproductive" button on the product's website made me feel a bit uncomfortable, as if the product were talking to me like a stepmother :-( Maybe this kind of humor is just not my pair of shoes...
