Hi again! A couple things:
- If I click away from a MenubarX window, it doesn't close. The only way to close it is by clicking the icon in the top menu. Would be nicer just to be able to click away to close it :)
- Why only provide widths and heights as per popular phones? Being able to drag bigger/smaller would make day-to-day use easier.
Oh and BTW I couldn't remember the name of the app...

Love it! ALMOST perfect - can you make it so a "tab" runs in the background? Playing music via a menubar tab stops if you close :(

Over simplification. And too much detail.
Both types of extremes (too simple, and too much detail) drive me crazy. Need to strike the right balance.

Yes and no.
Some days - yes, lots!
Other days - not as much (kids interrupting, etc.).
I'm trying to start work earlier to accomodate any interruptions, and keep to my rule of "going home" at 5pm and not being online at all at night.
Do you think that you are working more while at home? If yes, how?

Virtual parties and hangouts work great for us. You really need to put some time and $$ into it though. We plan ice breaker questions, discussions, even games. A couple times we've shipped boxes to each person with little gifts.
What people really crave is personal connection so I think the key is to create virtual opportunities to, well, simply connect.
