I didn't know much about process automation before KiSSFLOW, but after using it, I got pretty addicted. I really enjoy being able to have control over the process and also having reports and analytics at my fingertips. Pros: Got me excited about automation, easy enough for anyone to use Cons: Looking forward to some more features coming up, but the product is pretty sweet as it is now.
