Hey everyone! I'm the maker here.
I was inspired to stand up this simple application after seeing heartbreaking stories from Montanans and friends online. People who were sick, who had all COVID-19 like symptoms, who had contact with known positives, who were refused testing.

In Montana I have seen numerous cases of individuals who couldn't get a COVID-19 test, and didn't know where to turn. This webapp lets them share their story with the task force. Reports are already being submitted to the Governor every business day.
