Staffing agencies charging 20-25% of a candidate's salary as their placement fee is ridiculous, and largely enjoyed by the agency itself and not the recruiter actually doing the work. We're changing that. Starting April 15, 2024, companies can post their open positions directly to expert freelance recruiters at only a 12% fee, and the lions share of that fee goes directly to the recruiter.
