Seeing everyone's comments makes me remember some special people in my life that have passed away. My grandmother Evelyn who taught me to listen. My first mentor Bonnie Reiss who taught me how to ask questions. My dear friend Peter Stranger who taught me to look up and notice the birds in the sky. Everyone, I've lost lives on through me. The lessons they taught makes me stronger. I hope this...

Favorite Interview Questions, Go!
This week I am interviewing candidates (for a social media manager role). What are your favorite interview questions?
My top 3:
- What have you learned from your failures?
- How do you recharge your batteries when you're overwhelmed?
- In a few minutes, could you explain something to me that is complicated, but you know well?

Great question!
@sarvam I also use POMODORO great suggestion and LOVE Atomic Habit. Motion is a good tool I use (www.Joinmotion.com) to put allot of these things into practice.
My way of hitting the reset button when I am burned out is to close my eyes and do a thirty or sixty second breathing practice following this pattern:

I use sixty-second breathing activities, and that helps.
I use a specific breath to help me recharge when I need to restore my energy. It's something the Navy SEALs are taught for when they need to recharge.
Breathe in through your nose for four seconds, hold your breath for four seconds, breathe out through your mouth slowly for four seconds, and hold your breath for four seconds. Repeat....

I agree! As an entrepreneur, I struggle. I don't sleep enough, and I don't pull away from my screen enough. I often feel exhausted. People told me to meditate, but that was HARD. Instead, I use sixty-second breathing activities, and that helps.
