Honestly, I’ve struggled with staying authentic on LinkedIn—it can be tough not to fall into the trap of overly polished posts. I lean more towards working remotely because it gives me flexibility and helps me focus, but I also love the benefits of hybrid. Having the option to go into the office occasionally is great for collaboration and keeping that team energy alive. It’s the best of both worlds! 🌟

I prefer learning new skills through hands-on experience and practical projects. I find that diving in and experimenting helps me understand concepts more deeply.
