The recommended scheduling for in-person collaboration is such a neat idea! I’m wondering, sometime schedules can change on a moments notice as people’s circumstances evolve, how does this help encourage users to keep their schedule up to date?

Sometimes more is not more... and there's only so much more you can realistically do. Protecting your calendar is the first step. Have to give yourself time to get ANYthing done.
