I have used two tools similar to Hotjar:
• https://www.inspectlet.com/
• https://clarity.microsoft.com/
Personally I prefer Clarity. I think that, in general, it offers the same level of features as HotJar, with the undeniable advantage of being free.
What feedback tool(s) do you use most?

I was testing Serve and the experience was great. Fast, intuitive, and most importantly: useful!
In the "Coming soon" list I don't see Airtable mentioned as a data source, is this an integration that could be included in the future?

I think you have an interesting product, with a good niche market.
I tried to download the user guide but it is not available: https://dwall.online/views/video/userguide.pdf
It would be nice to have a video on the page to show how the product works, it would also be interesting to see some success stories.
