I am Othman, and I have accumulated about 8 years of experience in finance and private equity. In 2021, I launched my own consultancy in finance and technology. During this venture, I quickly realized the lack of automated systems for due diligence and financial advisory. Even more concerning was that many individuals couldn't afford professional advisors when starting, buying, or selling a business. To address this, I founded DueDeal.ai, the first AI-powered financial advisor designed to guide users through every step of the process. My goal is to make creating, selling, and buying a business as seamless as purchasing a stock in the market.
