I agree that capturing those fleeting ideas and thoughts is indeed a challenge. This is especially true for me sometimes. It's hard for me to ekep everything in my head while writing, and when I have a thought, then need to remember it for later it can be a real pain.
As a writer, where every spark can lead to something significant, I really need a solution sometimes. I've been reading up on...

Honestly? My best purchase has to be a set of high-quality dice for my TTRPG sessions. They’re from Dispel Dice.
It's amazing how something so simple can enhance the experience and help you enjoy an hobby/game. And helps be recharge after a long day.
What about you? Ever bought something seemingly small that ended up being a game changer?

On Sundays, I usually start with a relaxed morning, often diving into a bit of reading or TTRPG design. It's a great way to ease into the day and get the creative juices flowing. The most actual work I tend to do is write ideas in a notebook for later.
Then, it's family time, maybe a walk or a casual outing. Sundays are my recharge days, balancing personal interests with family life.

Rest: Good
Get energy back. Good
My brain always wanting to make stuff so continues working through the weekend: Bad
So use it as a breather to step back, which can lead to breakthroughs in problem-solving or new ideas.
I work on a hobby like TTRPGs or writing/worldbuilding, and in these activities I find unexpected inspiration for my work projects.

The biggest challenge I've faced has been balancing innovation with practicality. There's always this push to break new ground, but it's crucial to stay grounded and ensure that your ideas are feasible and marketable.
It’s the same in many industries. Even when creative writing, pitching both “safe” and “new” concepts have their risks. Balancing creativity with audience appeal was key....

I roleplay as someone competent and unphased while dying on the inside while I put the kettle on for another cup of tea. You know, the British way. 🤣
App breaks and I don’t know why: hold back tears and put the kettle on
Princess Diana dies: hold back tears and put the kettle on
I am told I have only three months to live: That’s right. Hold back tears and put the kettle on.
Or, in Scotland,...

Congrats on the Sunday launch!
Could you elaborate on “Memory Twin”? It sounds fascinating. I’m a writer, would it be able to help me remember and keep track of story threads and plan narratives. The idea of having an AI coworker makes me curious. So long as it’s not taking all the work off my hands. 😅
So, I'm curious to see how the Canvas feature plays out in practice. Can it adapt to how...

230 days feels huge. Does anything happen at a year or do you just feel good about yourself?
It's a seriously impressive streak, though. Hats off to you for that dedication.
I'm currently on a 4-day streak, just getting started but it's good to see there are people like you who've been around longer.
How do you stay motivated to keep your streak going, and what do you get out of coming...

Hi there! 👋 Any advice for a new Scots/British user?
I'm jumping in as a heavy user of VR for working and meetings. I'd love to know more about the best way to use this site for finding the kinds of things that help me get work done better.

You'll start doing a bad job if you're not rested. Make sure to at least grab a wee nap. I know it's exciting, but things will still be there when you get back.
During a launch do you go without sleep for 24 hours or do you manage to get some rest? If so, how?

Why Twitter?
Personally, I've leaned more towards platforms that foster longer discussions lately. Heck, I find I don't even use social media much aside from as an organizer.

I'd love to see more attempts at advanced content optimization, personalized link building, and predictive analytics. Standard SEO fare, and I don't think we have a killer piece of software yet.
