I'm a customer service rep and I'd love to automate responses to cases or at least have something trawl previous responses so I can copy+paste rather than rewrite it every single time.
Or if a case has a set type it checks a specified customer folder and looks for documentation related to ownership, big time suck is confirming who owns the account.
What’s your job and which part would you like to automate?

I'd take the pricing with a huge pinch of salt. Checking my coverage with cigna on a HDHP for imatinib 100mg for 30 days they're quoting $1,516.94 but if I look on GoodRX it's $40 from Vons. Just because the wholesale price is X doesn't mean you'd pay that even without insurance.
I think the myriad pricing structures is just one part of the insanity. I can pay $40 with a coupon or I can pay...
