Hey Product Hunters! I’m Paige Marie, cofounder of SubSeq. Like many of you, I’ve dealt with the frustration of inefficient tools and endless meetings. In my product management days, I faced three major issues: 1. Engineers spent more time in meetings than building, causing friction with PMs. 2. Planning was often based on gut feelings and biased estimates, leading to delays and budget issues. 3. Delays created tension between tech teams and the rest of the company.
