90% of my time is working from home. Once every 10 days we organize a meeting day with the rest of the team. I keep motivated myself with challenges and be always in touch with my other team mates ;) Slack, Skype and sometimes, Whatsapp!!
How do you stay motivated when working from home?

Yes! I love content marketing!
I always start from a big topic, then I try to figure it out what are the subtopics and then have a look on google to see what's already there. I personally prefer outsource written contents to someone who's really good or, if you're lucky, ask to someone of the team.
Focus on building great valuable content and SEO oriented. It's better to write less articles...

Does it work only with photos? If I want to type in a phrase, does it translate for me?

That's interesting... I feel the same when I know I have a lot of things to do and I can't focus myself on one thing at the time...
I try to prioritize the most important tasks to do at first and try to focus only on that.
Sometimes it's not easy, I'm still learning :D

I usually take a lot of time before convincing myself that an idea is good and start working on that...
I personally convince myself with two things:
1) Some proves that something similar had a good market fit
2) Is that what I want? I mean, I try to figure it out if this idea will work out on me.
There are a tons of good ideas, but I always want to find something that I could believe in...
How do you convince yourself "this idea" will work out?

I'm reading "Hit Makers" by Derek Thompson. Really interesting if you want to know why a product has been successful
