Working out , it's probably the only thing that I do where I can think of nothing else than the pain :). I also know how productive my day will be depending on how I trained.

I do have a look once in a while at my competitors, but I prefer focusing on building value for my business and continuing to drive what makes us different. Although we see what our competitors are doing, trying to replicate what they do often results in losing our unique edge. Instead, we prioritize innovation, customer feedback, and our core strengths to make sure we stand out in the market...
How do you monitor and update your competitor analysis as your business grows and evolves?

When I feel I'm having a rough day I discipline myself to write down a list of things that I need to accomplish before the end of the day. Even if the results are not always there immediately I can still have a sense of accomplishment and be proud of the progress. All the best Lewis
