As a business owner, stress can definitely sneak up on me, but I’ve learned to manage it by taking things day by day. I make time for self-care, even if it’s just a short walk or a few minutes of quiet to reset my mind. I’ve also gotten better at delegating—trusting my team has been so helpful! I remind myself it’s okay to ask for help and not try to do everything alone. It’s all about balance...

A bad habit I struggle with is getting distracted by social media, especially when I should be focusing on work 🤦🏽♂️. It’s so easy to get lost in scrolling! To fight it, I set specific times for checking my feeds and keep my phone out of reach when I'm deep into tasks. It’s all about setting boundaries and staying intentional with my time! 💪🏽

Listening is absolutely the secret to great communication. For me, the best conversations happen when I feel truly heard—like the other person isn’t just waiting for their turn to speak but actually cares about what I’m saying. Active listening helps you connect on a deeper level and respond in a way that matters.

Honestly, I just kinda stumble through it. Like, I try to say what I need to, but I’m probably overthinking everything the whole time. It’s super awkward, but I figure as long as I’m honest, it’s okay... I hope? 😅

What’s your opinion on using GIFs or videos in email marketing?
I’ve tried using GIFs to catch attention, but I’m wondering if they really boost conversions. Videos seem great for showcasing products but can slow down emails.

Storytelling is everything in my content strategy. It’s how I connect with people on a personal level. Sharing relatable, real moments makes the content memorable and keeps the audience coming back for more!

Honestly, I keep track of competitors by stalking them on socials—just to see what’s up! But I make sure not to get caught up in what they’re doing. It’s all about learning from their moves while staying focused on your own goals and growth.

I’d go with light mode! With dark mode, I always feel like the lights are off, and as someone who wears specs, light mode just feels brighter and easier to see. It’s like a clearer view of everything! But why not offer both as options?

I think building an active community is all about authentic conversations. I focus on showing up consistently, listening to feedback, and creating content that sparks real connections. When people feel heard, they’re more likely to stick around and engage.

For me, engagement is key. Growth comes naturally when you build a real connection with your audience. Quality conversations and loyal followers are always more valuable than just numbers.
