I remember supporting a crowdfunded project to do exactly this 5 yrs ago or so. They flopped. What a meta launch! Product Hunt for products built with Lovable. Congrats to the whole team to a well executed few past months. Why hasn't anyone thought about doing this before?

We started off bootstrapped but ended up getting some VC-money back in summar of 2021 when things were insane and every fund out there suddenly had the mandate from their LPs to invest in early-stage startups. Looking back now, I'm not sure we would have made the same decision today, but at the same time it has been a great learning experience for us all.

I've learned lately that it's less about blogging and more about building a structured knowledge tree with sub-pages, and sub-sub-pages, that you then cross-link keywords-wise. Got some great help from the pros at Pixel.se - best experts in the field I've run into so far.

I try to create loops where we're always attentive to the needs and reality of the user. What does the everyday life look like for the person we're creating value for? What are their frustrations, time-thiefs, things they procrastrinate etc. Ps. It's launch day for me today - please support a n00b! 🫣

Yes, it is - but also the most fun and rewarding. No other jobs have been stimulating enough for me. We just launched today - that's another scary part of building a startup!

I had the luck to run into @jasondainter who has been a hunter since back in the days with this was still foundr-led. His help has been invaluable to us as we're complete newbies in the world of Product Hunt, at least when it comes to launching on our own.
