After seeing the great reviews here on Product Hunt I was excited to support this startup! I downloaded the Chrome Extension as well as the desktop app. After a few days, I realized nothing was being tracked. I sent a chat message to the founder listed above in the comments. Initially, he was very responsive and helpful. After about a week or so more issues and inconsistencies became apparent....
