I paid to have my taxes done in October (they ran promo), uploaded all my documents in February. Taxes are due today and Visor has neither filed my taxes nor filed for an extension. They manufactured lies each week. They kept telling lies about the status of my taxes until Friday, April 12th and today (tax due date) they have not bothered to respond to my messages. Yeah, I got scammed big time!...
