Interesting take! I think the audience point is definitely relevant. But to get more insight into customers' problems, one key has to be to get actual feedback on what you're building. SaaS companies also fail because they launch late and can't pivot.

For me, it's going full screen - getting rid of tabs and menu bars does wonders for work.

Hey! I think I agree in some aspects. My take has been that most productivity tools don’t significantly reduce the burden on the user. Ideally, you don’t have to go take time out to fill in your To-Do-List or manage your time better.
