Hey @niels_cohen - Emelia looks very interesting. We currently use Lemlist and are satisfied with it; apart from the cost savings for us, what else is the reason we should shift?

Hello Hunters,
I am Abdul Qadir - Co-Founder at BionicWP and a cloud hosting geek 👋
I have been involved in the managed cloud hosting industry for the past 7 years and always felt that there’s a gap between what webmasters expected from WordPress hosting providers and what they were willing to offer.
In the early days of BionicWP, we spent countless hours shortlisting features that...

Which tool are you using for internal team documentation?
As our support team grows along with our platform complexity, I think it's time we started taking our internal documentation for the team seriously and start building it out so information can be shared across different teams.
Which tool do you all use to manage internal docs?
Thanks

More than tools, having solid processes have helped us be more productive. Creating healthy boundaries for our team to make sure they maintain balance between their personal and work life has been the key, as with working from home most team members had started working way to long which would have caused burnouts. Creating focus hours so 4 hours everyday, everyone can focus on their key work...

Reached out to 20 targeted but cold prospects on Linkedin. Introducing what we do and how we can help them.
Like they say, you are either building the product or talking to potential customers. There is no 3rd thing you should be doing on a daily basis.

One word - Ownership.
I've always seen high performers have a high sense of ownership. They own their work and responsibilities. They will make sure what's committed gets done and gets done properly.
What are some characteristics you have observed in high performers?

We setup our own cloud servers and install Wireguard VPN for our internal use. We can quickly change servers and maintain static IPs that we need for our use cases. Wireguard is awesome, it's secure and encrypted and easy to setup.
Do you find VPN safe and useful?

Ideas for B2B SaaS's Company Blog
Hey PH family,
We have been posting regularly on our company's blog, adding 10-12 blogs every month. We aren't generating any traffic or interest so far. It's been around 7 months since we started this.
I'm looking to hear any experiences from people who have gone through the phase we are going through and are willing to share.
Thanks,
AQ

Make processes then hire people. We grew from 3 to 37 in 7 months. Due to hiring rapidly and especially in the dev and support team, we hired without have the internal processes figured out which caused alot of issues such as wrong hires, wasted potential, upset customers and me loosing some of my hairline. When starting up, we focus on the fancy stuff. Its really important to focus on the...
