Reached out to 20 targeted but cold prospects on Linkedin. Introducing what we do and how we can help them. Like they say, you are either building the product or talking to potential customers. There is no 3rd thing you should be doing on a daily basis.

One word - Ownership. I've always seen high performers have a high sense of ownership. They own their work and responsibilities. They will make sure what's committed gets done and gets done properly.

I use Nimbus Note. Used to use Evernote but their lack of innovation and basic stability issues caused me to move after years of usage. Have been on Nimbus Note for a few months now and loving it.

We setup our own cloud servers and install Wireguard VPN for our internal use. We can quickly change servers and maintain static IPs that we need for our use cases. Wireguard is awesome, it's secure and encrypted and easy to setup.
