@madushak Things become easier when you know your audience. I will suggest you to create multiple User Personas of the customers who will be using your product. Once you know what they do, what they eat & where they browse, it won't take long for you to figure out how to be visible on their screen.
On the other hand, you can also identify what your audience is looking for and be present...

@bansini If you are looking for a free tool, Google Forms tops the list. Though I prefer Typeform. Typeform makes sures that your forms stand out.

I have been involved with Troopr since the very initial phases of its development and it fills me with joy to see how this product is evolving and shaping into a really important product for teams to be more efficient & organised.
