Facebook started with the community concept and then devolved into an open community. This app does a beautiful job of exploring communities with awesome UX. The first and foremost step of interaction is creating a trust boundary which comes automatically with communities based on shared identities like 'employees of company X'. It also trains people well on how to interact..(shake gesture)....
