This is a bad product. I am waiting for account validation for 6 days and it doesn't matter the email I use, kyc@ jeton.com, support@jeton.com, they simply don't answer. The worse is that they allow you to make a deposit to the jeton wallet but while the account isn't verified you can only pay to merchants up to 50 Euros. You can't even withdraw the remaining funds to the bank account you used...
