Purpose. Fundamentally having a meaning to live or to provide, creates a resilient mindset. Also realising that failures are learning lessons and every bad thing, can push you to greater heights, otherwise we would not grow.

Value, and making the customer feel wanted. Following up with anything you could add or tailor make to their experience.

Additionally I would like to add. Productivity comes from having a greater purpose. If you genuinely believe in the product you are building, being productive will be a lot easier :)
